I am in awe of her drive and desire to support all of us who are trying to support cancer patients. She is totally dedicated to Team in Training and plans to be at our Olympic Tri in a couple of weeks (just for grins!). You go Dottie!!!
For those of you wondering about the training lately, we are still in the base phase, working out about 10-12 hours per week for 3 weeks and dropping down to 7-8 hours for a recovery week. We are in the middle of a recover week now and it is a welcome respite. Everything is still going well for me, the little issues don't stay around very long so that is a good sign.
